First United Methodist Church Foundation 2025 Grant Awards

 Your FUMC Foundation Board members are excited to announce that we have awarded $50,603 in Foundation grants this year! 

God is working through you----just look around and you will see His work through your hands. The FUMC grant awards are only possible because of the vision and generosity of so many of you as well as those that came before us.

The 2025 Foundation Grants will improve our church home.  Be on the lookout for a door from the east hall to the Columbarium. Currently, the only existing access to the Columbarium is from the outside of our church at the northeast corner of the building.

You will also see additional risers for our thriving music ministry (the choir has outgrown the existing risers!).  In a few months, enjoy an evening drive by our church home so that you can enjoy the new exterior lighting that will create a vibrant presence outside befitting of our vibrant presence inside.

In addition, 2025 Foundation Grants have been awarded to the preschool playground, the Parents’ Day Out playground, updates for our Kids Closet ministry, renovations to the youth area and the parlor garden project.
