Food Bank
Bring fresh fruits and vegetables from your garden to the Fellowship Hall between Sunday services during the summer.
The produce can be purchased at the time. Any proceeds as well as all unsold produce will be given to the Larimer County Food Bank. This will help ensure that all our neighbors who are food insecure are able to feed themselves and their families this summer and fall.

Faith Family Hospitality
We are part of 22 faith communities in Fort Collins that provide dinner and overnight safety to families who are currently without homes two weeks at a time.
It takes many volunteers to make each week a success – providing a loving Christian environment to people who are in need of a helping hand.

Pine Ridge Reservation
Each August, a team from First Church travels to experience the realities of life on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota, the 3rd poorest county in the United States. We work on small projects around homes, meet some wonderful people, and learn some amazing things. It is truly an opportunity to expand your mind and heart!

Interfaith Solidarity and Accompaniment Coalition
ISAAC formed with the commitment to work in solidarity for human dignity, working towards a community of welcome, belonging, accompaniment and empowerment for all community members, no matter language, religion or immigration background. ISAAC was initially birthed in our faith communities but quickly grew into a thriving coalition of dozens of community partners, individuals, community leaders and fifteen-member faith institutions, including First United Methodist Church of Fort Collins.

Neighbor to Neighbor
Throughout our community, neighbors are helping neighbors stay in their homes, regain stability, and achieve homeownership. It was on this premise that Neighbor to Neighbor was founded in 1970 when Fort Collins neighbors banded together to prevent a family from losing their home. In the same neighborly spirit, today N2N carries forward the tradition of lending a hand.

Scouting America
Scouting helps youth develop academic skills,
self-confidence, ethics, leadership skills, and citizenship skills that influence their adult lives. While various activities and youth groups teach basic skills and promote teamwork, Scouting goes beyond that and encourages youth to achieve a deeper appreciation for service to others in their community.
