Ministry Team FAQs

  • An overview of our regular leadership meetings can be found here.

  • Your circle convener can show you your budget and year to date spending, as well as any restricted funds (money set aside outside of the budget) available to your ministry.

  • Forms for reimbursement are available on the wall by the front desk. One person fills it out and a separate person (team lead or circle co-convener) needs to approve it. Please allow up to two weeks for a check to be cut.

  • Please contact the business office.

  • You can use our online reservation system to request a room (single use or recurring)

  • The Parlor, Village Commons, and Conference Room have hybrid capability. When making a building request, please be sure to include “Zoom” as an additional room choice to reserve use of the account.

  • Our building is open for ministry gatherings Monday through Friday, 9am-8pm. Any special events occurring outside of those hours need to be discussed with a pastor.

  • Please include any special needs in your building request. If you notice we are running low on basic supplies (markers, paper, paperware and utensils, etc) please email the business office.

  • Please contact our facilities manger, Henry.

  • You can submit a communications request here.

  • Ministry teams and committees may use the copier in the Copy Room during business hours. For large or complicated finishing jobs, please coordinate with our communications director.
