Putnam Elementary
Our church has been supporting Putnam Elementary with special event volunteers, classroom help, appreciating teachers and funding supplies and programs as needed for over 17 years because this student body faces the highest economic and equity need of all elementary schools in our City.
You must be registered and pass a simple background check before volunteering.

Putnam Elementary Volunteer Opportunities
SEPTEMBER: Look for a signup to help check out books and shelve returns. Putnam has lost their funding for a full-time library and computer teacher.
LEGO Robotics club, led by our church, may start in late September, if there is funding for after school transportation.
OCTOBER: One time volunteer needs below.
10/2 - tracking laps or serving water at the Jog a Thon
10/12 - testing kids’ vision and hearing.
