First United Methodist Church Foundation 2026 Grant Awards

Your First Church Foundation Board members are excited to announce that we have awarded $53,517 in Foundation grants this year! God is working through you-just look around and you will see His work through your hands. The First Church Foundation grant awards are only possible because of the vision and generosity of so many of you as well as those that came before us.

The 2026 Foundation Grants will improve our church home. This year the Grants will allow us to add new lighting to show the Sanctuary-stained glass in the evenings, have some exciting outside events this summer and update a classroom for our growing preschool program.

In addition, 2026 Foundation Grants have been awarded to the Parents’ Day Out playground, our Kids Closet ministry, renovations to the children’s area and adding new chairs to the Village Commons meeting area and several other areas in and around the Church.
