School-to-Prison Pipeline is Topic for UWFaith Meeting

The UWFaith unit meeting will be on Thursday, October 8, at 11:20 for lunch followed by a presentation by Linda Whitlock. She will be sharing information about a UWFaith social justice campaign to end the school-to-prison pipeline. This term is used to describe how children and youth, especially children and youth of color, are rerouted by systems and institutions, funneled away from educational success and towards the criminal justice system.
